The number of victims is indicated in the settlements reached with financial institutions that facilitated Epstein's criminal activities. 
- Deutsche Bank: In May 2023, Deutsche Bank settled for $75 million with Epstein's accusers.

- JPMorgan Chase: In June 2023, JPMorgan Chase reached a $290 million settlement with Epstein's victims.

- Victim compensation program: As of late 2023, the administrator for the settlements, Simone Lelchuk, stated that 191 people had applied to a fund.
