A Paragould man is being held without bond after police say he solicited sex with two children during a Boy Scouts of America “lock-in” at a church. Greene County District Court Judge Daniel Stidham found probable cause to arrest 22-year-old Charles “Bradley” Cagle on one count of conduct constituting solicitation.
